We don’t advocate a particular weight loss diet, rather we focus on portion size, eating good wholesome food, motivation to exercise, enhancing the metabolism, etc., so it really becomes a lifestyle that you can maintain. If you have a preferred healthy ‘diet plan’ that you like to follow, then by all means we will help you to stick to that.
It might be difficult to imagine being able to follow healthy principles for some people, but really the transformation is quite simple.
If you are doing all the healthy things but still unable to lose weight (and we have seen a few!), we can help by focusing on resolving deeper issues that may be inhibiting weight loss, and increasing the metabolism, just to name a couple of avenues, but we have lots up our sleeve!
